  • Cancellations within less than 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds are issued only for cancellations made within the specified time frame.

4. Liability & Damages

  • We take great care in our cleaning services; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damages.

  • Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours after service completion.

5. Client Responsibilities
