We reserve the right to request deposits for certain services.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations within less than 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee.
Refunds are issued only for cancellations made within the specified time frame.
4. Liability & Damages
We take great care in our cleaning services; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damages.
Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours after service completion.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide access to the property at the agreed-upon time.
Valuables and fragile items should be secured before the service.
